Why Trust Tom?

I’m a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in the ticketing and live entertainment industries. I've held leadership roles at prominent companies like Ticketmaster and Ticketfly, where I excelled in sales, strategy, and client acquisition. With a proven track record of working with independent venues, promoters, and ticketing companies, I bring unparalleled industry expertise and a collaborative approach to every project. I believe in leading with honesty, curiosity, accountability, bravery, and fairness.

TicketWeb

As a founding employee, I helped TicketWeb double its business before being purchased by Ticketmaster for $30 million. I also managed a team that increased revenues from $20+ million in gross ticket value to $90+ million in gross ticket value.

Ticketfly

As a founding member, I led sales strategy building the company from zero clients to over 1,600 clients and $60 million in annual revenue and $300M in gross ticket value. I was deemed a 'key person' by Pandora in their $300M+ acquisition. After Eventbrite acquired Ticketfly from Pandora, I played a key role in successfully merging the two music sales teams, increasing revenue, and working with the product team on a new platform.

Ticketmaster

I worked for Ticketmaster three separate times over the years advancing from client manager to Director of Nightclub Sales to VP of Business Development for Ticketmaster’s Club Division. In my most recent tenure, in less than a year I signed agreements with 8 new accounts, contributing $2 million in annual revenue and $12 million in gross ticket value.

Spotify

I was recruited to establish a client base for Spotify’s new concert ticket division. I collaborated with the software team to integrate industry insights into the ticketing platform, signing partnerships with music festivals, promoters, and venues, and preparing for the platform launch.

FlyMachine

I led sales and content strategy for Flymachine’s virtual concert platform, booking artists, onboarding venue partners, and negotiating contracts. I helped to generate $1.5 million in revenue by establishing partnerships with 25 exclusive concert venues across North America.

Hive

I assisted the CEO in defining and refining their sales and partnership strategy, identifying key target audiences, and establishing strategic partnerships to drive growth and enhance market positioning. My guidance ensured that Hive's sales efforts were aligned with its long-term objectives and market opportunities. I also recruited the Head of Marketing.
